I"ve NEVER Seen Anyone Get Tornado Footage This Close Up. How Did They Even Survive?

On Monday, May 26, 2014, a rare EF-2 tornado ripped through Watford City, North Dakota. Peak winds of 120mph were reported by the National Weather Service and the tornado was estimated to be 100 yards wide, with a path of a half-a-mile long. Luckily, oil workers stationed just south of the city managed to capture the most amazing tornado footage I’ve ever seen. You seriously need to check this out.

I can’t believe those guys survived! Wow. I guess I won’t be headed to North Dakota anytime soon… Source: YouTube via BuzzFeed
